Why Are You Worrying?
WHY ARE YOU WORRYING?
Therefore, I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? Matthew 6:25-27(KJV).
Brethren, it is imperative to know that God Almighty is interested in His children. He is the Creator of heaven and earth and He knows everything He created by their names. He is not a God that is unaware of His creatures. He wonderfully fashioned everything, including human beings and made them to respond to time and season; all to His glory. Among all the creatures, only man (human being) was created in image/likeness of God. He blessed man to be fruitful, to multiply, replenish the earth and subdue it. To further demonstrate his special love for man, He bestowed authority unto man to have dominion over all the other creatures. Although man lost the vital parts of the blessings and authority through sin, the death of Jesus Christ restored everything to man. That is why God assured us that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Why then do you worry? God says in Matthew 6:28-30: “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith”? You might be passing through difficulties this period and for that reason you are beginning to manifest doubt or weakness in faith because things are not turning out well now. That does not mean that He will not intervene or grant you your desire. He has not forgotten you; He is working something much better for you. The Bible says God’s thoughts are not your thoughts neither His ways are your ways; as heavens are higher than the earth, that is how His thoughts towards you are higher than the thoughts you have for yourself (Isaiah 55:8-9). He that made you knows your challenges and He will make you to sing songs of praise again.
Even though your situation is excruciating every day, don't magnify it more than your Maker. Worrying about your situation is tantamount to telling yourself that God cannot save, protect, preserve and provide for you. If you have faith in God, why then do you allow worrying to cloud your mind? It is a satanic weapon to destroy your faith in God. It can lead to breakdown in your health. That is why God instructed us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to Him (Philippians 4:6). Continue to look unto God; the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrew 12:2). You will surely win the battle. Nothing is impossible with Him; He is a God of timing and He always attends to His Children at the right time. Peradventure, your only worry is this unusual coronavirus plague. He said if you pass through the fire it will not burn you, if you pass through water, He will be with you and the river will not overflow you (Isaiah 43:2). This pandemic will not consume you and your family; at the end of this period you will come out unharmed.
Beloved, if you must worry about anything let it be how to make your way right with God, take advantage of this period and quarantine yourself in studying the word of God, isolate yourself from any form of sin and make any outstanding restitution that will stand as a hindrance if Christ comes for the saints now. Stop worrying about what to eat and drink, wear, all those things are what your Maker has promised to make available for you in due time (Matthew 6:31-32). He wants you to prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospereth (3 John 2).
Our Daddy in the Lord (Pastor Lazarus Muoka) has counselled us to remain steadfast in the Lord. When you're in the Lord you will be protected, and your needs will also be provided. Discard worry and anxiety from your life, don't say you have waited too long, God is not late in anything. He does everything at the right time for the good of His children. May God Almighty meet your needs at this period, favour and deliver you from every trouble in Jesus name!

1) Oh God my Father, hold my hand let me not fall in Jesus name! I cancel every spirit of worry in my life in Jesus name!
2) God of my Pastor, deliver me and my family, make a way when there is no way in Jesus name!
3) My Father, direct and lead me, correct and give me boldness to make restitution where necessary so that nothing will stand on my way when you will come to take your people in Jesus name!
