PASTOR'S MESSAGE ON DAY 1 OF #ENEMIESSUBMITTED2018 CRUSADE
TEXT: Exodus 10:7 - 11, 12:28 - 33, Isaiah 45:23, Psalm 66:3
TOPIC: AND THE ENEMIES SUBMITTED PART 1
The enemies are abound to do evil like their father the devil (John 10:10a), Our enemies whether it's an angel or a human, such person have the spirit of the devil. They can be anybody and their work is to steal, to kill and to destroy. Any of your friend that is not born again can be used against you, because whoever that is living in sin is of the devil (John 3:8, John 8:44) and he can use them the way he want.
The devil was part of the angels in heaven not until he continued in evil (Revelation 12:7 - 10) and he was cast out from heaven, when they are here on earth, they are working against the will of God. The devil is angry against any child of God because he doesn’t want to go to hell fire alone. He was formerly one of the most beautiful angel in heaven until he became proud (Ezekiel 28:14-15) and started making trouble in heaven and was cast out, he never ceased from fighting and loosing, I want to let you know that in today’s program, they must submit.
For better insight of this message we shall consider the following subheadings:
1. OUR ENEMIES AND THEIR ACTIVITIES EXPLAINED AND WHY THEY MUST SUBMIT
Everyone should know that we have enemies and that enemy is the devil and the falling angels (1 Peter 5:8, Revelation 12:7 - 10). Our fight is not against flesh but spirits (Ephesians 6:12, 2 Corinthians 10:3 - 5), for us to conquer, we must equip ourselves with the power of God. We should be very careful of the witchcrafts (Nahum 3:4), they can destroy a nation. All these things are the enemies of man and the enemies of the children of God, when you listen to things that these people do, you begin to ask yourself if they are human being. But we should know that they have been possessed by the devil and the will of the devil, they shall do. They derive joy in evil doing and when the children of God are suffering, they want to hinder children of God from living right. The devil knows that if you’re living right; he cannot touch you (1 John 5:18). So, the devil go about to steal, kill, cause miscarriages, poverty, pain and sorrows and to inflict pain on the children of God but they must submit today because we have come to the most powerful God (Psalm 62:11, 66:3, Colossians 1:16-17, Revelation 4:11, Isaiah 45:23). They must submit because you have honored this invitation of the Lord (Mathew 11:28, Luke 14:17, Isaiah 43:10, Joel 2:32)
2. WHEN THE ENEMIES SUBMIT AND THING THEY MUST SURRENDER AND OUR RESPONSE
When the enemies submit, they must surrender all that they have stolen, and all the things that they are claiming to possess. You see you today, all the money stolen from you since the days of Adam must be submitted today (Psalm 68:30, 1 Samuel 30:18 - 19, 2 Chronicles 20:25). Whatever you want from God, today just ask and you shall receive (Mathew 7:7)
