Sunday Service Message - One shall be taken and the other left
COMBINED SUNDAY SERVICE MESSAGE - 08/03/20
MINISTER: PASTOR LAZARUS MUOKA
TEXT: Matthew 24:40-42; 1 Corinthians 6:9; 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18.
TOPIC: ONE SHALL BE TAKEN AND THE OTHER LEFT
Many surprises will follow on the day of rapture. There will be commotion, wailing and cries everywhere. The world will be thrown into confusion. Many will be running out and many will be running in. Many will disappear from the table, from the place of work, from the aircraft etc. The Driver may go and passengers will crash. Those in the farmwork will disappear while other farmers are yet working. Between husband and wife, one shall be taken and the other left. Between Pastors and members one will be taken and others left except they are all genuine Born-again Believers.
People will repent on that day, but it will be too late.
There will be fake news and false consolation with great fear everywhere.
The point there is this, while some will be taken and others left behind; the question is, " Will you be amongst those that will be taken?" You need to answer this question today.
For more insight to the the message, we shall consider the following subheadings;
A. The reasons and events of the day of the rapture.
Romans 13:11&12;
We should know the time we are into. This is the End time. Now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed.
Matthew 24:7 & 8;
We have heard of pestilences that abound. This is in fulfillment of the prophecy of that day. The prophecy of the coming of Jesus Christ. These things will continue until the fulfillment of the prophecy.
For Believers who will make the rapture, it is the beginning of joy everlasting. For those who will not make it, it is the beginning of sorrows.
1 Corinthians 15:51& 52.
Before this day that is at hand, all of us will not sleep. We shall be changed and it will take place in the twinkling of an eye.
It is very important that this important event must take place and this is the next agenda in God's plan.
This event must surely come to pass. All the prophecy has come to pass.
It will be a terrible day for those who will miss the rapture.
Everybody here should do whatever you have to do so that you are not left out.
We are not talking about this to make you to be scared. We are talking about this so that you can prepare in earnest and be a partaker of the rapture.
Matthew 24:7,8, 40-42;
As the Bible describes, it will be the beginning of sorrows.
We do not know the hour. There shall be terrible cry in the families, Offices, schools, etc.
Many people will choose to die. Some will decide not to eat. It is going to be horrible.
As many people that miss it, they will be sorrowful and there will be bitterness. There will be lamentation, cries and bitterness. No matter the money, titles and position, you will not remember any of them. Some people will be burning the clothes that deceived them.
B. OUR EXPECTED RESPONSE, CAUSES AND DANGERS OF NEGLECT.
You must not take this warning lightly. This event can happen at any time and must surely come to pass.
Whatever celebrations or engagements, will never prevent this great event because God has already programmed it. Nothing can hinder this very matter from happening on the day it must happen.
As it happened in time past.
Luke 17:24-31.
As it happened in the times past when people were doing what they like until Noah entered the Ark.
As long as this has happened, there is nothing like show me mercy, forgive me.
Many who will make it with the Lord, Saints and Angels in Heaven, will celebrate with the Lord in heaven. While on earth, there will be weeping and anguish.
Revelations 19:1; Revelations 21:3
My prayer is that every member of this Church shall make the rapture in Jesus name. Whatever we must do, let us do it now.
I want to let you know, there will be cries everywhere.
All the people that rejected Christ, they will join in that cry. They will know that something has happened.
My friend, if you are not saved when you are under grace is it when the grace is departed that you will be saved?
Do it now, so that you will not be a victim of Anti-Christ.
People that miss the rapture will sorrow till the antichrist manifests, torments them and then they will be cast into hellfire.
I do not wish anyone hellfire.
Mark 9:43
It will be a terrible day. Prepare to meet your God. If there is anybody that will be left, it should not be us.
It will be a day of destroying your television, hand held devices, computers and many other things. It will be a day of destroying those things that deceived you. Yet, there will be no remedy.
Amos 4:12
Prepare, do not be careless and say it does not matter. Those who will make rapture, prepare.
If you are not Born-again, you still have a chance even now. If you have a restitution to make, you still have an opportunity, even now.
Amend your ways.
Romans 3:23; John 3:3
The reason for being Born-again is that through Adam and Eve, all that come into this world, become sinners.
If your sins must be washed, you must confess it, you must repent of it and invite Jesus Jesus Christ to be your Lord and personal Saviour.
Romans 6:1&2.
If you say you are a Christian and have given your life to Jesus Christ, you must not continue in sin.
1 John 3:8&9; 1 John 5:17a
When you continue in sin, devil will be claiming you as his own child.
A Christian is not a Sinner.
Anything that is not righteousness is sin.
The Bible says without holiness, no eyes shall see the Lord.
