HOPE FOR THE NEEDY (Part 2)

HOPE FOR THE NEEDY (Part 2)

Text: Psalm 72:12-13; Psalm 38:15,
Psalm 32:1, Matthew 6:25-33,
Philippians 4:19

Inferring from what God did in the lives of multitude of people yesterday, and evidences provided by those that testified before your eyes today, it is very clear that the Lord is the Hope for the Needy,(Malachi 3:6, Hebrew 13:8; Jeremiah 32:27, Psalm 34:6).

POINTS TO CONSIDER

Point 1: THE NEEDY AND THEIR CRY.

Remember, needs are not wants, one can do away with wants and not needs. Needs can bring sorrow and can make people cry, it can make people seek for solution, it leads to poverty, but am assuring you today, that the Lord will supply all your needs ( Psalm 113:5-9). whether you are in need or wants of any kind, in this program, the Lord shall meet all your needs.
Note: Needs are something important and very necessary, while wants are things that you can do away with.
Needs create vacuum in the heart. if you have vacuum in your heart, as a result of needs, today the lord shall fill that vacuum (Psalm 86:1-2, Psalm 71:5, Psalm 70:4-5, Amos 8:6).
The needy is always crying and if that have been your case today, God will visit you (Psalm 40:1-3). I want you to understand that Adam's era has expired (Adamic Nature), the freedom of man was lost by one man and it was restored by one man which is Jesus Christ.

Point 2: GOD'S INTERVENTION, OUR RESPONSE AND BENEFIT

From the very beginning after man sinned and lost the glory, God made a provision to restore man unto Himself (Genesis 3:9, Genesis 3:15). Today, He is still the same God, the hope for the Needy.
In the times of Old testament, God intervened and saved them from their enemies. (Exodus 3:6). He is set to intervene in all our needs today.( John 3:16, Luke 19:10). Remember, He intervened in the bible days and healed many that were sick ( Matthew 4:23-24, Matthew 12:15, Matthew 15:30). He did it as a matter of intervention (Matthew 8:16, Luke 7:12-15). He intervened and raised the dead, also He intervened and gave the barren children (Genesis 21:1, Exodus 23:25, Genesis 24:1). As God intervened in the lives of all the Needy in the bible and met all their needs, your own needs must be met (Matthew 11:27).
Our Response to this message is to come to God in prayer with genuine repentance, promising God that you will not return to that iniquity. As you do this, I am assuring you, that Jesus Christ, the Hope for the Needy shall meet all your needs (Philippians 4:19, 1st Corinthians 3:21, Matthew 7:7, 1st Peter 5:7).
