CASE OF AN EVIL MAN WHO MOCKED JESUS.
(No man challenges God and live)

"And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee." Jer 1:19

The above sure promise of God was fulfilled in the life of our brother when an evil man came to trouble his family.

THE SITUATION:
Bro John Oiseoghaede joined Chosen in 2004. Our brother testified of how God gave him victory over a certain popular alhaji who kept troubling his wife at her store. It happened that the man usually collects money from evey store owner in that area with a lot of threat and violence. At the time his wife put to bed, this man went ahead to demand money from the wife despite the fact that she was away from the shop during the child weaning days.

Our brother questioned why he should pay money for the time the wife was away from the shop. Out of anger, the man blocked the shop with a very big stone. Our brother went there with some people to remove the stone and the man came out to confront him.
Our brother wasn't violent but the man became verbally offensive and even threatened that he will disgrace our brother's Jesus.
The next night, our brother had an encounter with the man in the dream. In that dream, the man shot at our brother 3 times but he caught the bullet's with his hand. The third one hit his last finger and when he woke up in the morning, he felt severe pain on that affected finger.

WHAT GOD DID
However, 3 months later when he asked the wife about the man, she told him that the Man's Obituary Poster is everywhere.
That was how God gave him and the wife victory over the trouble posed by that man.

Praise the Lord!

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
