THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL…

TEXT: Isaiah 7:7

THEME: YOUR ENEMIES WILL MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT WILL NAIL THEM

MEMORISE: Howbeit the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaven. (Judges 16:22)

MESSAGE: 

Though Samson made a mistake that permitted his enemies to capture him, gouge out his eyes, shave his hair which was the source of his strength, his hair began to grow again. That can also imply that no matter what you have passed through in the hand of your enemies, a time will come when you will experience a turn around. 

Whatever the enemy had done that represents spiritual shaving, it is only natural that your 'hair' will grow again and you will take revenge over them. Samson's hair growing up again was a sign that he was getting reconnected to his original source of strength and this later backfired against his enemies. 

As you get reconnected to God your hair spiritually will experience fresh growth. They had concluded that he had finally been nabbed, shaven and bound. Yet, they took for granted the fact that his earlier shaven hair would grow again. 

The spiritual dimension to Samson's hair growing hair is that it reconnected him to strength. No matter what the enemy had done against your life and destiny, it will portend grave danger to them when God intervenes. 

It could be that they have shaven you like Samson, but God will take over and cause your hair to grow again. You will not die with your enemies like Samson did. I do not know the plans your enemies had made against you. The truth is that their plans will fail woefully. God will cause them to make the mistake that will destroy them.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. Every program and plan of the enemy to strip me of the power of God; be frustrated, in Jesus' name.

2. Any demon on assignment to attack my life and reduce me to
nothing; be destroyed, in Jesus' name.

3. By the power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ, I overcome every enemy action targeted against my life/destiny, in Jesus' name.

4. Any program/plan to bring our G. O and Mummy in the Lord down; be dismantled, in Jesus' name.
