It is a mark of selflessness whereby one considers the interests or plights of others to make intercessory prayers for them. When a man commits sin, the judgment is that of death and hell fire- However, whosoever is in a position to pray for him - to stand in the gap for him to change but never cares. Rather, he concentrates on praying for himself, business and family alone. God will require the blood of that sinful person from such a selfish believer.
