THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...

DATE: FRIDAY, 24TH JUNE, 2016.

TEXT: Amos 4:1-10

THEME: TIME OF RESTORATION

"And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. 26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. 27 And ye shall know that l am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. " (Joel 2:25-27)

MESSAGE:
Our God is merciful. No matter what He had allowed you to pass through because of sin, He is still ready to forgive you and restore you to predestined glory. Everything shall return back to normal and shame shall be taken away.

What have you lost over the years as a direct consequence of disobedience to the ways and words of God? As you make up your mind today to live right, that evil shall be no more. He is not far from you.

Sing a few praise/worship songs. Make a thanksgiving prayer and ask God for mercies and the forgiveness of sins. Thereafter, take the following prayer points.

Prayer Points:
1. I command the rain of abundance to come upon me, in the name of Jesus' Christ.

2. Everything I had lost in the time past due to disobedience; be restored a million folds, in Jesus' name. Even those lost through manipulation of idol spirits, marine and witchcraft powers; be restored by fire, in Jesus' name.

3. Every locust, caterpillar, cankerworm, palmerworm and all the devouring spirits assigned against my harvest, catch fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.

4. I decree that I shall eat plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, in Jesus' name.

The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Is a Revival Church Inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring the knowledge of salvation to all the kings and their subjects, to the masters and their servants, to the rulers and them that are being ruled all over the world.
The birth of the church was in response to the divine call of God received by the founder Pastor Lazarus Muoka.
Who consequently brought together some brethren (in their hundreds) on the 23rd of December, 2002, at its first location No.16 Odunaike Street, Ilasamaja Area of Lagos, Nigeria, and declared to them the great calling of God upon his life.

Our Vision
The Lord has given us a three-fold vision

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
