TITLE: IN THE DAYS OF GOD'S WRATH WHO SHALL STAND?
MESSAGE:
The Awesome God will pour out his fury and anger upon the wicked, who has refused every plead to repent, John:3:16, Romans 6:23, He appeared in His mercy and love to all.
NOTE: He will appear again with the side of judgment to humanity and will be very angry with sinners, whether poor or rich, old or young, big or small, queen or king and all the people that refuse to accept remedy will be condemned, they will wish for mountain to fall upon them but it will be impossible. Revelation 6:15-17,
your riches or anything you have acquired will never save you on that day, Haggai 2:21-22, Zephaniah 1:14-18. God will surely pour His wrath upon the wicked. I want to plead With you, because I love you endeavor to escape the wrath to come by amending your ways.
For more clarity, the message shall be viewed under the following sub-sections:
1. THE DAYS OF GOD'S WRATH UPON THE WICKED:
The only way to understand the gravity of the wrath of God is to consider those who the Lord judged in the time past,
(a) He wasted the whole people in Noah's days, Genesis 7:11-24, the anger and wrath of God is always fiery,
(b) He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah with great fire, sparing only Lot and his household, even the wife that looked back became a pillar of salt, Genesis:19:17,26-29, Luke:17:26-32,
(c) Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, and those with them were following in familiarity, complaining, and murmuring, Number 16:1-5,20-21, 26-35. With these above examples, we should understand that it will be very terrible in the day of God's wrath. Ezekiel 7:1-18, Hebrew 10:31. God will not have pity on the wicked; He will reward them according to their deeds, Romans 2:5-6,11,16, Hosea 5:10, Zephaniah 3:8, Revelation:21:8, Mark:9:43-48.
2. THOSE THAT SHALL STAND AND OUR RESPONSE:
With reference to some of the examples earlier, it is very clear that God will not destroy the wicked and the righteous, of course Noah was spared, Lot was also spared. Before the destruction of this present world, God will take the children of God away, Genesis 18:24-25. The righteous will certainly escape, remember poor righteous Lazarus was taken to a place of comfort while the wise rich fool was cast to hell fire, So, Those who want to escape should obey the totality of the word of God, live right, avoid compromise, fear Him, go on to serve Him, then you shall overcome and make it at the end in Jesus' Name.
Also, let us seize opportunity of the forth coming International Crusade Titled " HOPE FOR THE NEEDY" slated for 28th and 29th of November, 2015 in Lagos to invite people to come and hear the Undiluted WORD of God so as to escape this GREAT DAY OF GOD'S WRATH COMING VERY SHORTLY.
AMEND YOUR WAYS
If you are not born again you must do something as a matter of urgency. He that commits sin is of the devil (1 John 3:8). If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, gossiping, taking or giving bribe, selfishness, kidnapping. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, you need to repent. Are you into idolatry, do you make or use charms, rituals, bow down to images, Are you into occultism? Do you smoke cigarette, cocaine, heroine? Are you lusting, covetous, alcohol drinking, divorcee or into worldliness?, you must stop bleaching your body, or painting your lips, eyes, fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Gen 35:2-4) Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce (A seducer is not a Christian) do you wear trouser as a woman? Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.
LET'S PRAY: If you want to give your life to JESUS pray this short prayer with me: Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins. Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore. I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Personal Savior. I surrender my life to you. Cancel my name from the book of death and give me grace to make Heaven. AMEN!
