THEME: YOU HAVE THE POWER TO REJECT EVIL DREAMS.
TEXT: Job 33:13-18
13 Why dost thou strive against him? for he giveth not account of any of his matters.
14 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;
16 Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,
17 That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
18 He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.
MEMORY VERSE: Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Jude 1:8
MESSAGE:
Dream is powerful instrument of passing instructions in the spiritual realm. God use dream as a medium of communication and the devil also uses it. When God speaks to someone through dream it is always information of blessing and direction of line of action. But when the devil speaks to someone in dream it is always about bad omen. It is always about death, danger and signs of poverty. Whichever way the dream comes, there is a remedy.
In the text above, the Bible tells us that God speaks to His people yet they do not hear. He comes in the night when men are sleeping, opens their ears and passes instructions. In that way, He can save man's soul from falling into the pit and saves his life from perishing.
If a dream comes with good information, the best thing is to claim the dream and ask God to make it to come to fulfilment. On the other hand if the dream is a bad omen as in the case of the memory verse, the dreamer has the power to reject it. There is nothing prayer cannot do. When a bad dream comes, you need to pray fervently to cancel the dream. The moment you pray and have the believe that God has answered your prayer the dream is cancelled. You may be shown in a dream where dangerous thing is happening to someone. You may not know the person, the face may not be shown to you but the purpose of the revelation is for you to cancel the dream and avert the danger for the person.
Anytime you have a dream, you have the power to either accept or reject it. All you need to do is to pray about it.
PRAYER POINTS:
* Pray that God will give you the urge and ability to pray always.
* Ask for divine intervention in your prayers.
AMEND YOUR WAYS:
If you are not born again you must do something as a matter of urgency. He that commits sin is of the devil (1 John 3:8).
If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, gossiping, taking or giving bribe, selfishness,
kidnapping. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, you need to repent.
Are you into idolatry, do you make or use charms, rituals, bow down to images, Are you into occultism?
Do you smoke cigarette, cocaine, heroine? Are you lusting, covetous, alcohol drinking, divorcee or into worldliness?, you must stop bleaching your body, or painting your lips, eyes, fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Gen 35:2-4)
Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce
(A seducer is not a Christian) do you wear trouser as a woman?
Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.
LET'S PRAY:
If you want to give your life to JESUS pray this short prayer with me:
Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins.
Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore.
I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Personal Savior.
I surrender my life to you.
Cancel my name from the book of death and give me grace to make Heaven. AMEN!
