TOPIC : WAYS OF VICTORY IN TIME LIKE THIS
TEXT : Psm 23:1; Hosea 6:1-2; Hosea 14:1-6; Hosea 13:9; Heb 10:22-25.

EVERYONE knows what is going on in our nation, all over the world and almost everywhere is shut down.
The fear of 'coronavirus is the beginning of wisdom for everyone and so many other challenges in this end time ( perilous times) (2Tim. 3:1-5; Matt 24:12)
For believers, we should not fear their fear; rather, we should fear God and endeavour to know the ways to overcome and be victorious in time like this ( Isaiah 8:12-13).
We shall consider this message under the following sub-headings:-
1. Ways Explained And The Counsel
2. Our Expected Response And The Effects.
1. WAYS EXPLAINED AND THE COUNSEL
Everyone should examine his /herself, amend your ways and ensure the right relationship with the Lord (Jer. 7:3-5; Jer. 35:15).
And those who are not born-again must do so; they should return to the Lord in true repentance, confession of their sins and give their lives to Jesus Christ our Lord .
( Pro 28:13; Matt. 6:33; 2Chron. 7:14).
We should endeavour to maintain the right living (Titus 3:8, 14; 1 Peter 1:15-16). We should serve the Lord with all our heart (Exodus 23:25-27).
So, everyone must draw closer to the Lord and be in fellowship with the brethren
(Heb. 10:22-25). We should also pray always (1 Thess. 5:17); remember, with the Lord on our side victory is sure (Rom.8:31; Isaiah 43:10-13)
2. OUR EXPECTED RESPONSE AND THE EFFECTS
We should not fear any adverse situation nor pandemic "coronavirus" for our Saviour has given us victory over the works of the devil at the Cross of Calvary ( John 19:30).
With Him on our side, victory and protection are sure (Psalm 121:7-8; Rom.8:31). So, what matter is for all to ensure that we are regular in the House care Fellowship and branch or our locations. He will protect heal, bless and give us victory on every side (Psalm 23:1; Rom.8:31).
We should also pray always, evangelise and win sinners into the kingdom. So, as we do all these we shall have victory in time like this and we shall be strong and do exploits with great signs and wonders. And during and after this crisis, we shall increase abundantly and multiply greatly in Jesus name.
For those who are not yet born again and backsliders, they should repent of their sins, give their lives to Jesus Christ and accept Him as their Lord and personal Savour.
