HOW GOD OF CHOSEN BROUGHT MY HUSBAND BACK TO LIFE

Sis Jessy Ogbuagu joined Chosen in 2006. It happened that on the 12th of January, her husband (Bro Johnson Ogbuagu) left his business place. That day, there was no sign of sickness, he was quite healthy.

But later in the day, he started shaking vigorously and was no longer himself. He called me and asked me to pray for him because he wasn't feeling well at all.

Immediately. I took an apron and wore him and began to pray. I also called my branch Pastor and he also prayed for him. Before we knew it, he gave up the ghost. People gathered, some were praying, while others were crying. For three hours, we were praying and calling upon the God of Chosen to intervene. At a point, he got up from the floor and was shouting, " my wife I want to follow you to Chosen". People around rushed to him and held him, known fully well that he was unconscious.

Shortly after that, he became stable. He narrated to us what happened when he died.

He said he saw himself in front of a judgement throne and a book of record of his attitudes since birth was opened. He was found guilty of drinking. Bitterness, unforgiveness, fornication, adultery, non- payment of tithe.

After the judgment, the gate of hell opened and he was about to enter. Suddenly the Chosen Apron was sighted on his body. And it was also said, that he wasn't qualified to wear that Apron.

At that same instance, the G.O of the Lord's Chosen appeared there . My husband saw him and called him by his name and began asking him to help him.

The G.O drew his hand and the gate of hell closed up. It was at that point that he woke up and came back to life. After that day, he became a Chosen and started attending all our programme promptly.

The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Is a Revival Church Inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring the knowledge of salvation to all the kings and their subjects, to the masters and their servants, to the rulers and them that are being ruled all over the world.
The birth of the church was in response to the divine call of God received by the founder Pastor Lazarus Muoka.
Who consequently brought together some brethren (in their hundreds) on the 23rd of December, 2002, at its first location No.16 Odunaike Street, Ilasamaja Area of Lagos, Nigeria, and declared to them the great calling of God upon his life.

Our Vision
The Lord has given us a three-fold vision

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
