TOPIC: TAKE TIME TO BE HOLY

TEXT: 2 Tim 2:15; Heb 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15-16

As long as we are preparing to make or go to heaven at last, we must know the doctrine for no one can make Heaven without following the word (Isaiah 35:8-10). So, we must be sure of genuine salvation and righteousness (Matt. 6:33)

We shall consider this message under the following sub-headings:
1. The Reason And Command To Be Holy
2. Our Expected Response And The Effect

1. THE REASON AND COMMAND TO BE HOLY
Father in heaven, Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and all the inhabitants of heaven are Holy; also, heaven is holy (Isaiah 43:3; Acts 16:31. So, no unholy person shall be there (Rev: 21:27), we must take time to study and pray to be holy in every area of our life (1 Peter 1:15-16; Heb. 12:14; Matt. 5:1-11).
Holy in your thought, word, action, dressing, companion and conduct, (Psalm 101:1-3; Psalm 15:1-5).

2. OUR EXPECTED RESPONSE AND THE EFFECTS.
Having seen that our God and all the inhabitants of heaven are holy and heaven itself is a holy place, we all should make peace, forgive, love everyone, speak the truth, keep ourselves from evil thought, be sincere, have respect for one another, be humble, teachable, avoid talkativeness, keeping many company, backbiting; also, be pure and holy in all our conducts (1 Peter 1:15-16).
The effect is that we shall make Heaven at last; and also, receive holy communion and be blessed.

The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Is a Revival Church Inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring the knowledge of salvation to all the kings and their subjects, to the masters and their servants, to the rulers and them that are being ruled all over the world.
The birth of the church was in response to the divine call of God received by the founder Pastor Lazarus Muoka.
Who consequently brought together some brethren (in their hundreds) on the 23rd of December, 2002, at its first location No.16 Odunaike Street, Ilasamaja Area of Lagos, Nigeria, and declared to them the great calling of God upon his life.

Our Vision
The Lord has given us a three-fold vision

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
