THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL…

TEXT: 1 Kings 13:1-10

THEME: EVERY CONTRARY ALTAR MUST BE RAZED DOWN

MEMORISE: The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the LORD. (1 Kings 13:5)

MESSAGE: 

An altar is a table, platform, or elevated place on which a priest placed a sacrifice as an offering to God. The nature of altars changed considerably between the Old Testament times to New Testament days. In addition to describing altars dedicated to God, pagan altars also began to spring up. Even contemporarily, many altars have been established to promote devilish works.

Nevertheless, a spiritual altar can be rent to pieces by the declaration of a true servant of God as in the scripture above. The servant of God in the scripture quoted above had commanded the altar in Bethel to be rent into pieces and so it was. 

Being rent in pieces could be that the altar caught fire, scattered or ceased to speak and remained silent in darkness. Now, just like the example above, our daddy in the Lord by the anointing power of God upon his life, has declared that every altar speaking against the Chosen people shall be destroyed by the Holy Ghost fire and so shall it be. 

Whether it is the ancestral altar of your father's or mother's house, or witchcraft, marine spirit or occult altar; as long as it has proceeded from the mouth of our G. O, any altar speaking against your life and destiny, shall be rent into pieces.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. I decree divine judgment against every satanic temple, witchcraft coven, marine spirit altar or any occult stronghold working against my life and destiny, in Jesus' name.

2. Every principality and power resisting my deliverance; collapse by fire, in Jesus' name.

3. Any evil altar where my name or any material thing belonging to me has been deposited for evil or to devise my hurt; be rent into pieces, in Jesus' name.

4. Any demonic altar contracted or hired to speak against our G. O, Mummy in the Lord and The Lord's Chosen vision and mandate; be rent to irreparable pieces, in Jesus' name.
