THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...

THEME: THEY ARE HEADING TOWARDS THEIR OWN GALLOWS

MESSAGE: 
“9 Then the king said, Hang him thereon. 10 So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.” (Esther 10:9-10)

God is wiser than all men. Those things that we hardly imagine can happen, usually go in dark places – even against the children of God most times unknown to them. The wickedness can be as severe as someone wanting to snuff life out of you for no just cause. They can submit your name to covens, native doctor’s shrines, idols, gods, deities etc urging them to kill you. They offer them different sacrifices including blood and they happily await the news of the deaths of their victims. One thing though is that any time they try their evil against the children of God, He rises up to defend them and turn whatever evil programs upon the heads of those behind them. That was exactly what God did in the case of the wicked Haman who hatched a plot to hang Mordecai the Jew on the gallows he had made. As the pendulum of victory swung the way of Mordecai, Haman became a victim of his own wickedness.

God knows all those wicked ‘Hamans’ that are working against your life and have gone to the native doctors to prepare gallows where you will be hanged. The God of justice will stand against them and they will not prevail. Like in the case of Haman, they shall be victims of their own wickedness. All you need to do is to trust in God; depend on Him. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:
1. Any wicked ‘Haman’ after my life; be visited in your own wickedness, in Jesus' name.

2. Any arrow of death fired in my direction, miss target and return back to your sender, in Jesus name. By the covenant of God upon the Chosen, I decree and declare that I will not die a day before my death. I will live and testify to the goodness of God in the land of the living, in Jesus' name.

3. I decree and declare that our G. O, our mummy in the Lord and their children shall not die in the hands of their enemies. Every enemy coming in as a flood to wash them away, the Lord shall lift up a standard against them, in Jesus name.
