GENESIS 22:16-18, EXODUS 19:5, JEREMIAH 32:27

THEME: GOD HAS SWORN TO BLESS YOU (PART II)

MESSAGE: 

Our Father in heaven has sworn to bless you, He cannot alter his promise. He is the Lord God. He cannot lie (Titus 1:2). He is the covenant keeping God, any word that comes out of His mouth must surely come to pass (Psalm 89:33-34), (Hebrews 6:18), (Isaiah 43:3). He has sworn to bless you.
So, you will go home with God’s blessing in Jesus' name. His promises are yeah and Amen (2 Corinthians 1:20), God has sworn to bless you (Genesis 22:16-18). As many that obey Him like Abraham (Genesis 24:1) shall be blessed, Israelite obeyed God and God bless them (Exodus 1:7). If we repent of our sins and the sins of our Nation, God will show us mercy and bless us in Jesus' name (2 Chronicle 7:14).

1. A CALL FOR REPENTANCE AND THE REASONS

We all should realise that God loves us and loves our Nation to the point that He has sworn to bless us, we are blessed by God with all natural and human resources He loves us so much and He knows that our problem is sinfulness; corruption, bribery etc, if we can obey Him like Abraham of old, He will show us mercy and bless us because He has taken an oath to bless us (Deuteronomy 28:1-3).
Remember the Israelites while in Egypt, God bless them because they obeyed Him, if you will do His will by genuine repentance, He will pour His blessings upon us. He changeth not (Malachi 3:6), (Malachi 3:10).

2. OUR RESPONSE AND THE BENEFITS

As we obey the word of God like Abraham and the Israelite of old and turn to God in righteousness and begin to do His will, He will hear our prayers and heal our land in Jesus name. 

Remember (Matthew 6:33) “seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these blessings shall be added unto you”. 

So, we should examine our lives and amend our ways (2 Corinthians 13:5), as we repent and ask God for mercy on us and on behalf of our nations, He will show us mercy and bless us. So, no matter the lost glory because of sins and wickedness as we repent today the lost glory shall be restored and we shall not be ashamed (Joel 2:25-27). 

Remember Abraham repented and God blessed Abraham in all things so also, will God bless us in all things; spiritually, physically, financially etc, as we repent in Jesus' name, (Genesis 24:1), (Deuteronomy 28:1-13), “Our God shall supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19), (2 Kings 7:1), all you have to do is to ask God and your prayers shall be answered in Jesus' name (Matthew 7:7), (John 14:13). He said I will do it, that is to say, He will bless you, God has sworn to bless you (Genesis 22:16).

CONCLUSION:

For those who are not yet born again and backsliders, they should repent of their sins and give their lives to Jesus Christ and accept Him as their Lord and personal Saviour (John 3:3, 16, Romans 3:23, 1 John 3:8-9, 1 John 5:17, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Proverbs 28:13, John 14:6, John 10:10). Romans 1:29-32.
