THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...

DATE: FRIDAY, APRIL, 22ND 2016.

THEME: GOD WILL TROUBLE YOUR TROUBLERS.

TEXT: 1 KINGS 18

MEMORY VERSE: “I will destroy also all the beasts thereof from beside the great waters; neither shall the foot of man trouble them anymore, nor the hoofs of the beasts trouble them.” (Ezekiel 32:13)

MESSAGE:
There are many people who take delight in persecuting the people of God. God is always favorably disposed towards dealing with them. Therefore, whoever troubles the people of God shall receive many troubles. God does not fold His hands and watch the enemies to trouble His people. He only allows them when they will serve as raw materials and stepping stones to your testimonies. So, if the enemy has been ravaging your life, do not despair any further. Reprieve is coming your way. God says he will trouble them that trouble you.

Of course, Ahab and his wife troubled Israel though they turned back to accuse Prophet Elijah of being the one that troubled Israel. (1 kings 18:17-18). At the end of the day, the enemies of righteousness received more troubles than they bargained for. There is no doubt about it: because you are a chosen of the Lord, those that trouble you shall be troubled. I do not know exactly the man or woman that is troubling your life, career, business, marriage, but I am convinced that many troubles await them.

Sing praise/worship with one or two warfare songs. Pray and thank God and then ask for forgiveness of sins and take the following prayer points.

Prayer Points:

1. O Lord my Father, give trouble to them that trouble me, in Jesus’ name.

2. Any trouble lying in wait for me, scatter in Jesus' name.

3. Any power (mention them- whether ancestral, marine spirit, witchcraft powers) troubling my life, receive destruction, in Jesus' name.

4. Any kingdom or shrine or temple or coven of witches and wizards planning to bring trouble upon my life, let them be destroyed, in Jesus' name.

The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Is a Revival Church Inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring the knowledge of salvation to all the kings and their subjects, to the masters and their servants, to the rulers and them that are being ruled all over the world.
The birth of the church was in response to the divine call of God received by the founder Pastor Lazarus Muoka.
Who consequently brought together some brethren (in their hundreds) on the 23rd of December, 2002, at its first location No.16 Odunaike Street, Ilasamaja Area of Lagos, Nigeria, and declared to them the great calling of God upon his life.

Our Vision
The Lord has given us a three-fold vision

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
