THEME: WHENEVER THE MASTER ARRIVES, THE SITUATION CHANGES FOR BETTER
TEXT: JOHN 11:43-44
43. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
44. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
MEMORY VERSE: And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. JOHN 21:6.
MESSAGE:
Whenever a master in any profession or work place arrives there is a change in the attitude of the workers and the display of skills. According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, Master is a highly skilled professional or technician who teaches other people. The master has authority over other people. Our Lord Jesus Christ is a Master over all principalities and powers. He has the power to do all things. When He arrives in any situation, He casts the enemy out and anyone in their captivity is freed with immediate effect.
If you read from the beginning of the text above, Lazarus the brother to Mary died and was buried. Our Lord Jesus arrived four days after his burial and made him to resurrect from the dead.
Prior to the arrival of the Master, the people were in a state of loss, there was wailing and mourning but as the Master arrived, the situation changed to that of back to life, joy, and hope.
In another scenario, Apostle Peter and his co-fishermen toiled all night searching for fish but caught nothing. In the morning when the Master arrived, He asked Peter to thrust the net by the right side for a catch. As Peter let down the net, they caught multitude of fish that the boat could not contain them.
The presence of the Master is important in the life of every believer. When the Master arrives in your life every problem you are confronted with, will be solved. You have to invite the Master into your life so that your life will be good and fulfilled in Jesus name.
PRAYER POINTS:
Pray for a continued presence of the Master in your life, work, and ministry.
Ask God to help you depend on the Master in all your endeavours.
AMEND YOUR WAYS: If you are not born again you must do something as a matter of urgency. He that commits sin is of the devil (1 John 3:8). If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, gossiping, taking or giving bribe, selfishness, kidnapping. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, you need to repent. Are you into idolatry, do you make or use charms, rituals, bow down to images, Are you into occultism? Do you smoke cigarette, cocaine, heroine? Are you lusting, covetous, alcohol drinking, divorcee or into worldliness?, you must stop bleaching your body, or painting your lips, eyes, fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Gen 35:2-4) Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce (A seducer is not a Christian) do you wear trouser as a woman? Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.
LET'S PRAY: If you want to give your life to JESUS pray this short prayer with me: Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins. Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore. I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Personal Savior. I surrender my life to you. Cancel my name from the book of death and give me grace to make Heaven. AMEN!
