TOPIC: THE WAYS OF HAPPINESS IN THE LORD
TEXT: Josh. 1:7-8; Ex. 19:4-6, Deut.28: 1-3; John 13:13-17; Psalm 92:12-15, Isa. 54:13-14
EVERY true Chosen must endeavour to do the things that will make for blessings and happiness in the Lord; the reason being that our God is a good God who will have His children to have the above mentioned experiences in their lives (John 13:17).
Remember, He wants us to shine as a light in the world to provoke sinners to repentance or to come to Him (Matt.5:14-16); and these ways to happiness and blessings are a must to true believers or Chosen. We shall consider the following sub-headings:

1. THE WAYS EXPLAINED AND REASONS
We must understand that these happy ways and blessings are through studying His word and endeavour to practice them (John 1:7-8). We all must study the Bible every day before we go out or before we sleep; and we should read from 'Genesis to Revelations' every year; and every morning two chapters and every night two chapters before we sleep; and we must meditate upon it in our hearts and speak according to it; and we should pray in the lesson every time we read the Bible with the members of our family, colleagues and friends (2 Tim.2:15; Isaiah 8:20; Joshua 1:8, John 8:30).
Also, we must practice, keep and do the totality of the word of God (Deut.28: 1-3; Cor.28:8; John 8:12); and as we do all these, the Lord shall be with us.
2. OUR RESPONSE AND BENEFITS: Remember now that we are a new creature in Him (2Cor.5:17); we need to learn how to please Him or do His will (Heb. 10:7). We must not do anything like the people of the world or like before; we should know His will through His word and do them; and we shall be blessed and happy and we shall retain His presence 2Chron.15: 1-2; John 13:17).
So, let us begin to read and do His will, always pray and seek for counsel always for our happiness and blessings.
