SUNDAY SERVICE MESSAGE - 20/12/2015

TOPIC: THE LORD HAVE NEED OF THEM

TEXT: Mathew 21:1-3; Psalm 50:14-15; Galatians 6:7

MESSAGE:
As our programmes, December Retreat 2015 and Mgbidi 2016 are fast approaching, everyone must endeavor to know what the Lord wants us to do in order to be partakers of His blessings and miracles of the season and the years ahead of us. No one should fold his/her hands and isolate the will and requirement of the Lord and at the same time wishing to be blessed. (Amos 3:3; Job 9:4). Therefore, we should know His will and do them for our blessings in these oncoming crusades (Hosea 4:6; John 8:32; John 13:15-17).
So,as we put into practice the message we are hearing today,we shall be mightily blessed in these programmes. For better insight, we shall study this message under the following sub-headings:

POINT 1: THE REASON AND EXAMPLES
Our master and Lord Jesus Christ has made it clear that He needs what we have, before He blesses us Mathew: 6:33; No matter how much or little a person may have, God has a principle or condition of blessing His people Mathew: 15:33-36. As the Lord is getting set to bless us in the oncoming programmes, every one of us must make and fulfil our pledges Psalm 50:14-15; and expect his blessings or miracles. Besides, the Lord is demanding that you seek first His kingdom and righteousness and He will give you all things and example abound (Mathew 14:18-20, Mathew 15:33-38,1st Corinthians 3:21-23).

POINT 2: OUR RESPONSE AND THE BENEFITS:
So, all those who made pledges and the money is tied somewhere, the Lord is in need of them, lose them and bring it to Him and enter into your blessings Luke 6:30-31. We should know that when we do something at the time it is needed, it will be regarded or accepted, but, if it is not at the time needed, it shall be rejected and you will not ask for your blessings or miracles, Therefore, we should do it now like those before us did and were blessed.
Note: as our crusade are fast approaching we should without wasting time, go into evangelism (group evangelism, house to house, market evangelism, bus evangelism e.t.c ) engage in preaching, fasting and prayer, morning/evening cry, send invitations to our relations in different places, send text messages, e-mail messages, distribute the handbills, buy the aprons and make sure we wear them, we must do all we can in order to ensure the success of the programme.

AMEND YOUR WAYS: If you are not born again you must do something as a matter of urgency. He that commits sin is of the devil (1 John 3:8). If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, gossiping, taking or giving bribe, selfishness, kidnapping. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, you need to repent. Are you into idolatry, do you make or use charms, rituals, bow down to images, Are you into occultism? Do you smoke cigarette, cocaine, heroine? Are you lusting, covetous, alcohol drinking, divorcee or into worldliness?, you must stop bleaching your body, or painting your lips, eyes, fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Gen 35:2-4) Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce (A seducer is not a Christian) do you wear trouser as a woman? Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.
LET'S PRAY: If you want to give your life to JESUS pray this short prayer with me: Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins. Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore. I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Personal Savior. I surrender my life to you. Cancel my name from the book of death and give me grace to make Heaven. AMEN!
