TOPIC: THE FOOLISH VIRGINS
TEXT: Matthew 25:1-13; Revelation 22:12

MESSAGE:
Many in the present day who claims to be believers will be disappointed on that day because they are not wise, soonest the rapture will take place. We all should know that we are waiting for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and He is coming for those who are ready, who are really prepared and are living their lives in total holiness and humility, carefully waiting for the second coming of our Lord Jesus. We shall consider this message under the following sub-headings.
i. Waiting for the bridegroom and the unfortunate situation and
ii. Our response and result
i. WAITING FOR THE BRIDEGROOM AND THE UNFORTUNATE SITUATION
Every believer should know that there is no more time, we are in the waiting hour, Romans 13:11, we should walk in consciousness of the time we are in, any moment from now the rapture shall sound, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1Thessalonians 4:13-18, no man should be careless about the period we are into, we should be conscious of this time and talk about it always and live our lives in total submission to God, in purity, holiness and watchfulness Mark 13:33-37, watch the places we go, watch the company we keep. Remember the wise virgin where ready and conscious of the time Matthew 25:1-7.
ii. OUR RESPONSE AND RESULT
Every one of us should know that the time we are in is a waiting period Matthew 25:5, Matthew 13:37, we should not be careless to follow the "everybody is born again syndrome" we all should be very careful. Not all that are born again is wise, those who claim to be in church still behave like foolish virgins they are born again but empty Christians. They are not praying and asking God if my name is in the book of life. Many are assuming but are not living right. Matthew 7:21-23, they are believers without oil in their lamps. The purpose you are born again is to serve God and make heaven. Matthew 13:41, there are people in the church who still offend and do iniquity, you'll not be permitted to enter into the kingdom of heaven. If you're converted ensure righteousness on every sides. So we need to search our lives . 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Ephesians 5:26-27. Christ is coming for a church wash and sanctified without blemish. Search your life and make sure you make yourself ready. Instead of repentance after the rapture, you should better do something now. 2 Corinthians 6:2 for those who are not born again you should repent from your sins and come to the Lord, for a sinner is not is not a christian and a christian is not a sinner. Romans 3:23, Romans 6:1-2, Ezekiel 18:4, 1 John 3:8-9, 1 John 5:17.
AMEND YOUR WAYS.
If you are not born again you must do something as a matter of urgency. He that commits sin is of the devil (1 John 3:8).
If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, gossiping, taking or giving bribe, selfishness,
kidnapping. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, you need to repent.
Are you into idolatry, do you make or use charms, rituals, bow down to images, Are you into occultism?
Do you smoke cigarette, cocaine, heroine? Are you lusting, covetous, alcohol drinking, divorcee or into worldliness?, you must stop bleaching your body, or painting your lips, eyes, fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Gen 35:2-4)
Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce
(A seducer is not a Christian) do you wear trouser as a woman?
Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.

If you want to give your life to JESUS pray this short prayer with me:
Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins.
Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore.
I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and Personal Savior.
I surrender my life to you.
Cancel my name from the book of death and give me grace to make Heaven. AMEN!
