TEXT: 1 Corinthians 7:29 - 31
THEME: REDEEMING THE TIME
MEMORIZE: "And that knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed." (Romans 13:11)
MESSAGE:
The spiritual climate is very cold almost to the freezing point and this is in fulfilling the prophesies of the last days. We are being warned to take heed not to allow the distractions of this world to take us from the grace of God. If there is any time in your life that you need to draw closer to God, that time is now, so that we can be incubated by Him from the harsh spiritual climate of these last days. No believer can lean on his/her strength in order to survive this end time. We must all depend on God because it is a very dangerous time. The rapture is nearer than when we first believed. We must not relent in our service to God. Remain under His incubation for you to survive the spiritual harshness of this time. It would be very dangerous for anyone to fall out from grace. The devil and his agents have released all arsenals at their disposal to deceive the world and if possible the very elect. Do not fall to his traps. Remain steadfast in the Lord and you will be victorious.
Many have made the mistake of falling from grace to grass. The cares of this world and deceitfulness of riches have made the word of God foolishness in their lives. They have inadvertently fallen to the trap of the wicked one, who can never spare anyone, being the embodiment of wickedness. He has used some so called preachers to deceive many. Many places of worship have turned to places of banqueting. These and many more are the deceit from the devil. Redeeming the time — be careful in this times we are in. No believer should relax and feel as though nothing is at stake. Do not allow any unrighteousness to take your crown of glory. Pray!
Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:
1. By the power and authority in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, I refuse to succumb and surrender my crown of glory to the devil, in Jesus' name.
2. O Lord, draw me nearer and keep me closer to you in these last and evil days in Jesus' name.
3. I pray you will continue to incubate our G.O and Mummy in the Lord and shield them from the arrows and manipulations of the devil, in Jesus' name.
