THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL…THEME: HIS GLORY SHALL BE SEEN

THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL…
DATE: Friday November 24th, 2017.
TEXT: Exodus 34:29-35

THEME: HIS GLORY SHALL BE SEEN
MEMORISE: Arise shine for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. (Isaiah 60:1)

MESSAGE:

Everyone must seek after the glory of God. the glory of God in the life of a believer ensures that no yoke or bondage survives in the life of that believer. The glory of God serves as nourishment unto our souls.
But no one receives Gods glory by chance. So, you have to seek for it diligently. Are you following Him wholeheartedly and as it is written, Ye shall love the Lord your God with all your soul, might, strength. You have to ensure you are committed in serving Him faithfully, studying His word, in prayers, holy living, righteousness, evangelism. When the glory of God is upon thee, it radiates around you.

No evil imaginations whatsoever can harm you because His glory brings protection, and darkness can never come near you. When Moses spent forty days with God at the mount, he was nourished and his face shined so brightly that the children of Israel could not look upon him. Moses had to cover his face with a veil before he could speak to the Israelites. You cannot encounter the glory of God and remain the same. It is not possible!

Many people today do not have time for their fellowship with God and yet expect to see His manifestation in every aspect of life. Experiencing of God's glory necessitates having time with Him. Some people are often offended with the time spent in the church. If you can't spend time with God here on earth, how can you enter heaven where His glory is from everlasting to everlasting.

The glory of many people is their respective earthly possessions, but not so for those who seek to walk with God. Are you seeking after self-glory? The question is what are you glorying in? O Lord I beseech thee, show me thy glory in Jesus name.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. By the power in the name of Jesus Christ, I command the glory of God to descend upon my life, in Jesus' name.
2. O Lord, any power working against the glory of God in my life; be exposed and disgraced, in Jesus' name.
3. O God, I pray; increase thy nourishment upon our G. O and Mummy in the Lord, in Jesus' name.
