THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL…

TEXT: Genesis 27:35

Theme: YOU ARE LIFTED ABOVE THE POWER OF CURSES

MEMORIZE: "Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee. " (Deuteronomy 23:5)

MESSAGE:

Balaam is the prophet hired to curse the people of God, but whom God never hearkened unto but instead turned the curse into a blessing. Why was Balak so keen on having the children of Israel cursed for him? He was envious of the future that laid ahead of them and wanted to nip it in the bud. However, God did not permit it because He had blessed Israel. What does that teach us? It means that whosoever God has blessed cannot be cursed. As God blessed Israel, no one reserved the right to curse them.

Many people today are groaning under the weight of curses pronounced upon them by wicked prophets, witches and wizards, marine spirit powers, household wickedness, parental and generational curses, etc. Being under curse hinder the manifestation of God's blessing upon an individual. 

There are many people with bright destinies smeared with curses and so, whatever they lay their hands upon records only woeful failures. Are you like that and have probably tried your hands on virtually everything to no avail. It is possible that you are operating under unbreakable curses. Fortunately, there is a divine intervention on your behalf. Jesus has broken the power of curses over mankind. Make recourse to Him and obtain cleansing from the power of curses.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. Any altar hired to pronounce curses upon me; I command you to be silent in darkness, in Jesus’ name.

2. Any curse operating upon my life (ancestral, marine spirit, witchcraft, occult); by the power of the resurrection, I command you to break and scatter, in Jesus’ name.

3. Any curse that had been working in my life before now, I command you to turn to blessing, in Jesus’ name.

4. Any Balaam hired to curse our G. O, Mummy in the Lord, The Lord's Chosen ministry and our 3 fold vision and mandate; I command your mission to fail woefully, in the name of Jesus.
