THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...THEME: YOU WILL NEVER MISS YOUR BLESSING

THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...
DATE: Sunday September, 17th 2017.
TEXT: Genesis 27:35, Genesis 49:28
THEME: YOU WILL NEVER MISS YOUR BLESSING

MEMORIZE: "And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. "(Genesis 27:30)

MESSAGE:

Esau missed his blessing as Isaac's first child and it had a devastating effect on his destiny. He came a bit too late. Jacob who collected the blessing had scarcely gone out of his father's presence when Esau emerged and it became a real problem getting any kind of blessing for him. He even asked his father saying, "Have you not reserved any blessing for me?" (Genesis 27:36) Then, the blessing had gone the way of Jacob. As Esau lost his blessing, his life never remained the same again. He became frustrated and compromised the family legacy as he went into all sorts of things including fornication. (Hebrews 12:16)

Many people, like Esau today, have missed their blessings through lateness. They come late to church services, crusades, vigils, meetings, etc and yet, do not feel any remorse. They do not understand that the appointment with God whether for services, vigils, crusades or meetings, is a divine one that must be honoured with promptness. Angels of God are always at alert to take record of those that come early and anyone, whose name is not found in their records, misses the blessing for that program. Are you a perpetual late comer? You might be playing with your blessing. Amend your ways and begin to ensure promptness so that the blessings which God has pronounced upon you will come to manifestation. You never know the time of your visitation.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. I repent of lateness to church services, crusades, meetings and vigils, in Jesus' name.
2. By the power and authority of the Holy Ghost, I nullify any program/plan of the to make me lose my blessings, in Jesus' name.
3. I command the spirit of lateness to church programs, crusades and meetings to catch fire, in Jesus' name.
4. Strengthen our G. O and Mummy in the Lord both physical and spiritual strengths to be able to continue to do your work all commitment, in Jesus' name.
