TOPIC: I HAVE SOMETHING AGAINST YOU

Many believers, pastors, members of the Church and those who are not born again should know that God is watching them. He knows everything about you, your thoughts, intent, action, your love of God, when you are or not standing, whether you are a Christian, righteous or not (Hebrews 4:13).
There's no secret hidden from Him (Deuteronomy 29:29). God is a specialist in secret. 1 Samuel 16:7, Matthew 6:1-4,6. He dwells in secret and sees in secret.
Matthew 6:16-18, Psalms 139:1-4.
After searching and seeing you, He has said, "I have something against you." He knows your short falls, limitations, your effort and consecration (Revelations 2:1-7)
Search your life, God cannot make a mistake, you have left your first love.
We shall consider this message under the following sub-headings:
1. Something against you and reasons.
2. Our expected response and the danger of neglect
POINT 1. SOMETHING AGAINST YOU AND REASONS
Many people who came to serve God in the course of time have forgotten why they are here and are after the things of this world. They have forgotten the goal of making heaven and are chasing after shadows. If you are living your life in isolation of God or left your love of God, God is saying He has something against you (Timothy 4:10). Many that used to come to church on time and had joy in serving God now come to church late and are not interested in testimonies. God is charging those people, 'I have something against you.' The Lord is not happy because you've lost your first zeal. Psalms 122:1 Some no longer come to church and prefer to watch services from the cable/tv. If you are like that, God has something against you. If you come to church, you don't listen to testimonies, keep working about, buying things, God is saying He has something against you. Matthew 6:33 Everything you have is a gift of God so, you should put God first. Many no longer preach or go for morning cry yet you're asking for healing, deliverance, money. Who will give these things to you? God has something against you (2 Timothy 4:1-2). You are to preach at all times. Preach in season and out of season.
If you see a Christian not preaching, check that person, he is living in secret sin. Hosea 10:1-2. They no longer fear God and as a result, they can go into all manner of corruption and wickedness (Proverbs 13:7, Ecclesiastes 12:13). Search your life, God has something against you. Many who used to pay tithe are no longer paying tithe. Some of you are owing God too much money that's why so many suffering and going through problems (Malachi 3:8). The Nation should pay tithe to God because God gave the nation all they have free of charge. That's why the nation is suffering. Some Nations pay tithe to churches. There was a situation, a testimony a sister gave where armed robbers attacked their vehicle asked those who are paying Tithe to stay at a place. Those who weren't paying Tithe were asked to pay tithe to them. Many who claim to be workers in the Church don't come to Workers meeting, are not doing any work in the Church or no longer have time for God. God has something against you but out of His love, He has brought this message to you. God created you for his pleasure but you are like a jeep that refused to start. Who happens to that jeep? It will be thrown away. If you don't want God to use you, He will useless you. Don't be careless with your Christian life because you stand to lose a lot of things (Revelations 2:1). The lust of the flesh has affected so many people that's why they have left their love of God (James 4:4). The world has a strong influence but you must not allow the world to capture you (1 John 2:15, Mark 8:36).
POINT 2: OUR EXPECTED RESPONSE AND THE DANGER OF NEGLECT
We all should search our lives, figure out the ways we are offending God and change our ways (Revelations 2:1-7). Let's do the will of God and prosper. (Matthew 5:18) Don't forget if you want to make heaven you need to maintain purity, live a holy and righteous life (1 Peter 1:15-16, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 2 Corinthians 13:5). You are the best judge for yourself, examine your life.
Endeavor to return to your first love, your first zeal, return to do the will of God in every area. (Acts 14:22, 2 Timothy 3:10, 1 Corinthians 15:9)
Return to the true love of God. As we return, we will be blessed (Hosea 14:1-7). When you amend, God will love you and heal you. 23rd and 24th September, God will be dew to us Chosen people. When we return, we shall bear fruits of winning souls. That should be our utmost goal. Bring at least 1-5 people every service day. Go out and fish for souls. (John 15:8,16-17). As you do this, God will never depart from.
Whosoever neglects this warning will be under curse and go to hell fire.
For those who are not born again and backslidders, repent and give your life to Jesus Christ.
