TOPIC: GOD’S TIME TO TAKE OVER PART 1
TEXT: Joshua 5:13–15, Isaiah 59:19; Matthew 17:14-18
When God takes over, no one can ask Him why. He has decided to take over your problems, sicknesses, even Ihite as a whole because there is no more time, as the devil is out for destruction and the Lord has seen it and decided to take over. He has decided to take over and nothing can stop Him. He has decided to take over from where our strength could not carry us and because He has decided, there shall be victory. Isaiah 43:10–13; Luke 1:37, Matthew 15:13.
For better insight on this message, we shall consider the following points;
POINT 1: THE REASONS AND INSTRUMENT OF TAKING OVER.
Our Father in heaven knows that the devil is doing a lot of havoc these days, to hinder people from making heaven, the devil and his agents are angry and they are doing everything possible because they have but a short time, but they shall not prevail. The devil is in wrath, he's doing everything in order to conquer. John 10:10a. As a result of the devil’s plan, many people are suffering, many are afflicted, but today the Lord has come to take over – John 3:16, Luke 19:10 .
Today, God has come to take over, He will give you victory. The Lord has come to take over your battles, Joshua 5:13–15. Remember, He has come to take over as of old; He came with His powerful instruments of drawn sword; even the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement is God’s instrument to deliver people from bondages; with great signs, wonders and miracles. We as Chosen’ will take over with signs, wonders and miracles, Luke 10:15, Isaiah 61:1, Acts 2:22, God has Chosen us, He has also approved us for miracles, signs and wonder. Matthew 9:26, Matthew 12:15
POINT TWO: OUR RESPONSE AND BENEFIT
As the Lord takes over your problems, you shall not carry your problems anymore, hand it over to Him. 1 Peter 5:7. It doesn’t matter how long it has lasted or where you have been to, just come to God with all your needs, He has no limitation, Matthew 11:28, Mark 9:23. No matter the trial, as the Lord takes over, that situation shall be no more and you will be free. Matthew 4:33–24, Matthew 15:13, Isaiah 43:13.
He has come to take over your problems and none shall go back with you in Jesus' name'.
For those who are not yet born again, they should surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, the Lord will forgive you and favour you with blessing in Jesus' name (Proverb 28:13; 1John 5:17; John 1:12; John 8:36; John 14:6; Matt. 6:33; John 3:3, 16; Rom. 3:23; 2Cor. 5:17; Rom. 10:13; Phil. 4:19).
