THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...THEME: THIS IS NOT A TIME FOR LAMENTATION!

THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...
DATE: SATURDAY, MARCH 11TH, 2017.
TEXT: Deuteronomy 4:31, 3:18, 1 Samuel 12:22
THEME: THIS IS NOT A TIME FOR LAMENTATION!

MEMORISE: "14 But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. 15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. " (Isaiah 49: 14-15)

MESSAGE:

Many believers have formed the habit of lamenting whenever they are faced with challenges instead of going to God in prayer. They lament about everything, the lack of money, progress, children, good friends, etc they think that the Lord has forsaken them and as such, they have become sorrowful and can no longer pray. Their faith has waxed cold. Maybe things are not working according to your plan. But you must hear this: The Lord is still with you. Though you may not see Him physically, He is working out something for you and in due time, it will manifest. Stop being worried. Stop lamenting. God does not like it when your life is full of lamentation except if its about your remorse for your past sins and determination to change from it.

What is that big mountain that is standing before you? This is not a time of lamentation. A nursing mother cannot forget her sucking baby but even if she did. God says He has not forgotten you and will not forget you. When God shows up later, it is because He wants to come with something bigger than what you expect. Therefore, in this month of "Breakthrough and Possess", God is coming with a sledge-hammer to break every closed door and barriers set against you and give you victory on every front. Be courageous and not afraid.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. Any voice speaking doubt into my heart thereby causing me to lose faith in God and therefore lament, murmur and complain; be silent in darkness, in Jesus' name.

2. Any evil voice speaking/ministering into my heart that God has forsaken me, in the name of Jesus I rebuke you. Speak no more, in Jesus' name.

3. Any voice commissioned to speak defeat into my life, hear ye the word of God; I refuse to give up. That which God says I am going to be, that is what I will be, in Jesus' name.

4. Any evil voice speaking/arguing against the anointing power of God upon our G: O and Mummy in the Lord; receive rebuke in Jesus name.
