THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...THEME: IN THE TIME OF RECESSION, YOU SHALL HAVE GREAT HARVEST.

THE CHOSEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL...
DATE: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH, 2017.
TEXT: Isaiah 41:10-12, Philippians 4:19, Isaiah 45:2-3
THEME: IN THE TIME OF RECESSION, YOU SHALL HAVE GREAT HARVEST.
MEMORISE: "When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. " (Genesis 27:30)
MESSAGE:
The recent economic recession nationwide has cast down many people and their jobs and businesses. The scarcity of foreign exchange has hindered the procurement of raw materials needed for production thereby forcing the few available goods to soar high in prices. As a result some companies have ceased production and closed down. Some have downsized. Even many of those that are still functional find it extremely difficult to meet up with their financial obligations towards their staff. Hopelessness looms over the land. But that does not in any way suggest that all is over. Believers in Christ have hope because God makes a way where there is no way.
When men are cast down, believers must declare there is lifting. Somebody might be wondering why anyone in his/her right mind will make such declaration seeing the state of the economy of the nation. Why will someone declare that all is well in the midst of recession, inflation and economic downturn? The reason is because of the assurance that God is on hand to supply the needs of believers according to His riches in glory that is found in Christ Jesus. So, where others declare famine, you shall declare great harvest. Where others are falling, you shall stand; where others are crawling, you shall be flying. The financial pit that is swallowing others will not swallow you. You will not be among those that will declare woe this month. God will satisfy your soul in times of famine and make you a point of reference.
Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:
1. Where others have failed, I shall succeed in Jesus' name.
2. Because the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want in Jesus' name name.
3. In the face of famine and adversity, I shall prosper in Jesus' name.
5. My G. O and mummy in the Lord shall prosper in the Word of God and in the ministry of The Lord's Chosen. Our three-fold vision and 10 billion souls mandate shall flourish under their watch in Jesus' name.
