THEME: EVERY SPEAKING ALTAR MUST KEEP QUIET

TEXT: Colossians 1:12-13, 1 Peter 2:9-10
1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

MESSAGE:
"Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. " (Colossians 2:14)

The handwriting of ordinances represents ancestral agreements entered into with idol spirits and shrines ruling families and kindred. These agreements are usually marked on the walls of ancestral homes, but its influence and power goes beyond these homes and work powerfully even contemporarily. Demons assigned to enforce the details of these ordinances usually stand against people who do not implement the conditions spelt out in them and speak against them. They speak failure, disappointment, disfavour, rising/falling, poverty, limitation and spiritual embargoes against those that do not comply with these hand writings.

But thank God today that Jesus' death and resurrection has invalidated any handwriting of ordinances that was against mankind, and made them null and void and of no effect whatsoever. So, the demons assigned to enforce them have been disenfranchised by the manifestation of the Son of God who came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8-9).

Sing spirit filled songs unto God and thank Him for everything He has accomplished in your life and then take the following prayer points.

Prayer Points:
1. Any evil handwriting, against my family (Mention the name of your family, your children, husband, wife, business, job, career and so on); be wiped away by the blood of Jesus Christ.

2. Any altar speaking against my life/destiny, I command you to be silent in darkness, in Jesus' name.

3. Any ancestral altar, marine spirit altar, witchcraft or occult altar demanding/requesting for blood sacrifice or any form of ransom, be cut off by fire, in Jesus' name.
