HOUSE CARE FELLOWSHIP MESSAGE

TOPIC: STANDING IN THE GAP

TEXT: Jeremiah 50:44; Ezekiel 22:30-31; Matthew 18:18

Every chosen or believer should know our roles in this present world in our family, yard, village, city, state, nation or even in the house of God as God's representative. 2 Corinthians 5:20. He has specially chosen us to stand in the gap for sinners and the people of the world; to intercede and also, evangelise to them.1 Peter 2:9-10; Jeremiah 51:20-23.

So, we shall consider the following sub-headings:

(1) THE REASONS AND COUNSEL
We are in the very last days and a lot of things are happening thereby fulfilling the prophecy of the end time (2 Timothy 3:1-5; Matthew 24:7-8); and as these prophecies abound; we that are saved are the only ones who are qualified to pray for the unsaved to be saved; and also, we are to pray for one another, our rulers, nation and the suffering people; and also evangelise through them.1 Thessalonians 5:17; Luke 18:1; Jeremiah 51:20-23; Ezekiel 22:30.

So, we must make ourselves available and stand in the gap so that God will not destroy this world.

(2) OUR RESPONSE AND THE BENEFITS
Remember, God is looking for those who will plead and preach for these souls to be saved. Ezekiel 22:30. Remember, Abraham stood in the gap for Lot and he was saved Genesis 18:22-23. We must do something urgently to stop all the evil in our world; and God will hear us and save them.

The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement

Is a Revival Church Inspired by the Holy Spirit to bring the knowledge of salvation to all the kings and their subjects, to the masters and their servants, to the rulers and them that are being ruled all over the world.
The birth of the church was in response to the divine call of God received by the founder Pastor Lazarus Muoka.
Who consequently brought together some brethren (in their hundreds) on the 23rd of December, 2002, at its first location No.16 Odunaike Street, Ilasamaja Area of Lagos, Nigeria, and declared to them the great calling of God upon his life.

Our Vision
The Lord has given us a three-fold vision

Vision No. 1:

Grassroots Revival all over the world: With everywhere in the whole world as our mission field, we have the mission of taking the gospel message to everyone through every medium available, with our adoption of the Charismatic approach like the morning cry, bus evangelism, market evangelism, the use of the apron etc.

Vision No. 2:
Revival of the Apostolic Christian experiences among the body of Christ, The Lord has commissioned us to bring back and stir a revival and restoration of the Christian experience as: genuine salvation, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost, all the fruit of the Holy Spirit and accompanying gifts of the spirit among the body of Christ - A greater part of which hitherto seemed to have slept or lost their focus.

Vision No. 3:
Revival of Heaven consciousness among the body of Christ. With the language of communicating righteousness and holiness in the church gone so weak, such that sin is being taken for granted; with many going to church just to get the things of this world being grossly unmindful of godliness and heaven. God has given us, as our third vision, a re-awakening of the indispensable consciousness of heaven among the body of Christ and thus, ultimate - heaven at last.

Our Mandate
Our mandate is to bring 10 billion souls into the kingdom of God. Though the population of the world at the moment is not yet up to 10 billion; our mandate is simply an endless one. It is a mandate that will outlive us. That is why we shall never rest on our oars; regardless of the numerical strength of the ministry until every ground is covered!
