TUESDAY REVIVAL HOUR MESSAGE – 20/10/2015.
THEME: OCCUPY TILL I COME - PART 3
TEXT: Joshua 1:3-5, Luke 19:13, 2 John verse 8, 1 Peter 4:10.
MESSAGE:
In our last message, the Lord revealed to us the way we can occupy in our relationship with Him until He comes. Tonight, we shall consider those things which we must not lose for our own benefits and the benefits of those we have been commissioned to reach out to. The understanding, constant meditation and application of those blessings will enable us to keep and occupy in them till the master comes. When we do so, we will always rejoice, increase more and more and remain overcomers, winners, champions, have dominion over all and at the end inherit the kingdom of God.
In our last message, the Lord revealed to us the way we can occupy in our relationship with Him until He comes. Tonight, we shall consider those things which we must not lose for our own benefits and the benefits of those we have been commissioned to reach out to. POINT 1: THINGS TO OCCUPY EXPLAINED:
The charge to occupy shows that something has already been given to us; through the numerous testimonies we have been hearing in this church. So many of us have received one thing or the other from God but if you have not received anything, there is still hope for you tonight, to receive and occupy because the giver of all things is here (Matthew 18:20, Malachi 3:6, John10:10b, Philippians 4:19)
Let us consider some of the things we have received or about to receive in other to occupy till in them till the master comes(James1:7, Joshua1:3-5).
Let us survey the spiritual gifts which we have received and about to receive - Salvation, Sanctification, Holy Ghost Baptism are all gifts from God and many of us have received these gifts (Ephesians 1:3). We are enjoined not to lose them because it is almost impossible to recover them if they are lost. Remember the case of Esau and the challenge given to us (Hebrews 12:16-17). We are sure that God bless us with these spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus and he is still ready to give us more abundantly in other for us to occupy and benefit therein (2 Corinthians 4:18, 2 Corinthians 6:9-10). As we occupy in these things, we shall be blessed mightily in Jesus Name.

Seeing that we have received salvation, sanctification, and gifts of Holy Ghost, God wants us to occupy in them till they become effective in our lifestyle, conduct and ministry. By this we shall increase, overcome the wicked ones and have dominion over them.
So brethren, if we must occupy as the lord has commanded, we can ask anything we need and He shall grant it unto us (Philippian 4:19, Matthew 7:7)

For those who are here for the first time, whatever you desire to occupy, the lord is ready to give them to you. First surrender your lives to Christ by confession and genuine repentance; make Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour, then go ahead to ask for anything you want to occupy and he will give it to you in Jesus Name (John 3:16, John 14:6, Romans 6:23, 1 John3:8~9, 1John 5:17, Deuteronomy 22:5, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Matthew 6:33, Proverbs 28:13, John 1:12, Romans10:13)
Remember, salvation, sanctification, Holy Ghost Baptism and fruits/gifts of the spirit and all other blessing are available tonight, ask and it shall be given to you (John 7:37, Luke 19:13, John 16:24.
